We offer six levels of Support Plans.  The Support Plans are an annual  contract, were you purchase a number of points. These points can be used at any time during the period of the contract to purchase any of the services we offer. The main advantages of the Support Plans are guaranteed response time, significant savings on our normal prices and the knowledge  that if you have a problem or question, then help is at hand.

The Home packages cover up to 5 Pcs/Laptops per household, so if you have more than one PC/Laptop they will  all be covered.
The machines must be running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7,

The Business Bronze & Silver packages cover up to 10 workstation PCs or Laptops. The Business Gold package includes servers.
The workstation machines must be running Windows XP, Vista or Windows 7. Servers must be Windows Server 2003 or 2008.

Many problems can be solved almost instantly, without us having to visit your premises. If your Internet connection is working we can use our state of the art Remote Access system to connect to your PC or laptop and fix many software related issues, this saves you both time and money.

If problems cannot be sorted within 30 minutes on the telephone or
 via Remote Access, then we may need to arrange an onsite visit.
